Miniaturization antiquates the traditional hallmarks of cyberpunk connections:  Circuit boards, wires, and flexible tubing.  There simply aren’t any more visible connections.  Or, rather, soon there won’t be.

And, whereas most people are steeped in apocalytical gloom, I view technology as our eventual liberator from traditional dilemmas:  Abundant and free energy would go a long way to obsolescing scarcity.  Without scarcity, there would be no dwindling resources (except for hearts and minds) to fight over.  Cheap, tasty, vat-grown, meat-in-a-tube would eventually put the butcher out of business…

But I digress.

In a nutshell:  I’m an optimist.

I see the intrusive, cyborgian  parts transmuted into romantic, middle eastern, far eastern, and tribal ornamentation.

I see the tubes of the traditional gas and face masks swirled about the model in an embryonic pose, connected to something larger.

Instead of the environment intersecting the subject with cold, hard, technology, I see it swirling about the subject in luminous veils.

These are the things that I can’t find inspiration pics for.  (That’s a good thing.  No need copy others.)  However, these should serve as a spring board…
